Sean Mulholland, President of Mulholland Investigation and Computer Forensics, spent several years as a Sergeant with the New York Police Department, New York City, where he received several citations for meritorious and excellent police duty. During his tenure with the NYPD, Mr. Mulholland worked with the Tactical Patrol Force; Street Crime Unit and was a Confidential Investigator to the First Deputy Police Commissioner.

Mr. Mulholland is a certified legal investigator, fraud examiner and protection professional. He is also an adjunct professor at several local universities and the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), Brunswick, GA. He founded Mulholland Investigation and Forensics in 1997.

Mulholland is currently serving clients in Orange Park, Amelia Island, Tallahassee, Ponte Vedra, Naples, Georgia, Fernandina, Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, Miami, Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, Daytona, Jacksonville, Gainesville, Florida, Brunswick, Savannah, Valdosta, Atlanta, Augusta, Ft. Myers, St. Johns, Tampa, Orlando, St. Simons Island. Also serving clients throughout most of the Southeast. We also handle matters nationally and internationally.

Vincente Rosado, the firm’s Executive Director, specializes in computer forensic investigations, forensic analysis and data recovery services. After spending thirty years with the FBI, Mr. Rosado’s skills in this area are unparalleled and vital to the positive results that we attain for our clients.

Prior to coming on board with Mulholland Investigation and Computer Forensics, Mr. Rosado served for eighteen years as a special agent with the Computer Analysis Response Team (CART) in Miami, Florida, working on cases including espionage, terrorism, white collar crimes, bank robberies, kidnapping and child pornography. Mr. Rosado has received countless citations, awards, and commendations from the FBI and CIA.
